-- Over 3,000 people joined together in prayerful
celebration of the 75h Anniversary of establishment of the Byzantine-Ruthenian
Excharate of Pittsburgh on Sunday, October 3rd, 1999 at the David L. Lawrence
Convention Center in Pittsburgh. Concelebrating hierarchs included
almost all Byzantine Catholic hierarchs from the United States and
Europe along with approximately 40 Roman Catholic bishops. Also in
attendance were hierarchs of other Orthodox Churches as well as those of
various Christian denominations. |
