Actually, in all of Russia and Ukraine, the most beautiful women I have ever seen were from the area around Dnepropetrovsk in the Eastern Ukraine. Rumor has it that the most beautiful women in Moscow were exiled there by the Empress Sofia because she was jealous. Good genetics produced a lovely bounty. If I were a young man, I would beat a trail there if I had to walk!

Unfortunately, no. The babyshka that was guarding the entrance was obviously on loan from Speznatz, and when I tried to enter, I was greeted with a no nonsense nye mozhe. When I protested, I was told that it was locked, although I witnessed her coming out not 30 seconds before. Even the intervention of my friend, Archpriest Vasili was of no avail. Rather than start a confrontation that would have resulted in severe bodily injury to all in my party, we chose just to stand around and take pictures, talking loudly just to irritate her. But to no avail. frown

Careful guys. The topic is about a church in Carpatho Russia.

Where is Carpatho in Russia? I can't find it on my Russian map, which is only a couple years old.
