With His Grace, Bishop TIKHON of Philadelphia and Eastern Pennsylvania, OCA, following Hierarchical Divine Liturgy at Holy Apostles Orthodox Mission, Mechanicsburg, PA. I was honored to assist in the serving of the Hierarchical services during His Grace's visit.
