Is this church in Thunder Bay Ontario? I think that it is. A few months ago I was visiting family and was brought there and had my eyes opened. Yes there are two large icon copies on the side pillars and upon closer examination could see that they were products of "Monastery Icons", the Hindu group http://www.monasteryicons.com/monasteryicons/Our-Icon-Collection_A1.html

Any discussion about particulars relating to Monastery Icons should be taken to the Iconography sub-forum, although - quite honestly - there isn't much to be said that isn't already documented in the thread to which Kolya links above. It's fairly self-explanatory.
