On a second look, you are absolutely correct. It is indeed Archbishop Joseph. My apologies - not sure if I made that assumption or if the source from which I got the photo mislabeled it, but I should have caught it.

Hmm, perhaps John or Father Anthony can correct the tagline. The photo aspect of this forum doesn't offer an edit capability.
