To everyone;

I am sure you have all noticed the restricted forum known as The Deacon's Door and probably wonder what goes on in there. Well, in a word not very much. This is restricted so that Deacons and deacon students of the East can further discern their calling in a safe fraternal atmosphere. But I also believe that input from everyone in the East and West is also necessary. The reinstitution of the diaconate is relatively new, especially in church terms. We welcome your questions, comments, suggestions, criticisms (keep them clean, general, and objective). I am placing this in this forum so that it can be seen by as many as possible.
