In a post 911 world where one commonly hears people exclaim that it's only a matter of time before we're hit by full scale terrorism, I think this is an interesting passage. I think the message is that we should never trust, and regard with suspicion, any peace initiatives, that are not rooted in him that is the Prince of Peace.
