Porter it sure did. I laughed so hard. I explained it to Deacon Stan he just chuckled. Though he doesn't have time to read the forum a lot, he looks forward to hearing about the discusssions going on.

Let us old timers (in marriage that is) show the Byzteens how long ago we gave up dating. Anyone else want to add the years of their marriage?

Mary Jo and her husband just celebrated 44 years of marriage.

Deacon Stan and I have been married 36 years.

Deacon Stan and I were not blessed to receive the Crowning - as we are converts. Though our hearts are as though they were crowned, it would have been much easier of the prayers had been there. We have worked hard with Jesus, through God's grace, to get there. May you all be faithful to God's call on your lives and take full advantage of the gifts that the Triune God has to offer you in Holy Crowning.

Well hubby and I were crowned 20 years ago ... but we still date .... each other! lol It took 6 years, 300 miles, and one determined father/father-in-law to be to find each other!
