Please pray for the newly departed priest-servant of God Robert J. Lysz of St. Matthew R.C. Church of Forestville, CT who was murdered in his church on Thursday night / Friday morning.
Please also pray for his family and his parish, especially those who discovered his body when they came for morning Mass on Friday. The church has been closed with weekend services held in the parish hall until the church can be re-consecrated by the local bishop on Thursday.
And especially pray for the young man who is the only suspect, arrested while burglarizing the rectory while Fr. Lysz's body was discovered.
