Brothers and Sisters in Christ,

I am asking for your prayers as I begin to set my life back in order. I've neglected my finances for far too long and they've all caught up with me, causing problems with rent payments and in turn, jeopardizing the home and livelihoods of my housemates, all of whom do not deserve to be dragged down with me. I humbly ask for your prayers as I move back in with my parents who have graciously opened their home back up to their prodigal son.

My entire world had been turned upside down and shaken last month with the ending of my three year relationship with my ex girlfriend on the eve of my impending marriage proposal. This new situation has increased my confusion and befuddlement as to God's plan for me, which I cannot begin to discern until I can stand on somewhat solid ground from a financial standpoint. When one is tied by such obligations to this world, it is near impossible to see what God has planned.

Please pray that I have the strength, the foresight, and the discipline to set myself aright and begin discerning what the Blessed Lord has planned for the likes of me.

In Christ,
mikey.

Dear Mikey

You have started the right way by facing up to things.

May God be with you on this journey now.

He will help you face the future.

May you come to know His will.

May the Lord direct your steps!

May God help you through this difficult time, and draw you closer to himself in this trial.

Mikey, May the Lord guide your steps and provide you with the help that it will take to rectify the situation. May you and your parents be granted the strength and courage and the wisdom to enable you all to begin anew.

Mikey,
I know what you are going through, I've been there myself. Later we may share war stories and laugh about those old wounds.

I echo the sentiments of the others here.

May our Almighty God bless you and strengthen you. You are on the path to a full rewarding life. Have confidence and patience.

Your friend,
Michael Jarzab, sinner
