Returning to church - In need of prayers for myself and my wife

Dear friends in the Saviour,
After over ten years of spiritual wandering, including the grave sin of apostasy, the Savior has called me back home to the Church. I beg for your prayers, both for me, and for my wife and children. I am determined to return to my Father's house, despite my many sins and iniquities. My wife and I are going to have our marriage blessed by the Church, and I am going to make a profession of faith, and return to confession and (God willing) holy communion.
Pray for me, a sinner.
"Like the Prodigal Son, I have squandered my paternal inheritance, and am now in desolation! I dwelt in the land of evil men, In my folly, I became like the unreasoning beast, Stripped of all divine grace!"
From the liturgy of the Presanctified Gifts

My Dear Brother, Christ is in our midst! Welcome home! In the middle of everything, we must all remember that the whole purpose of our Byzantine Church is to unite people with Jesus Christ.
If I can be of any help in bringing your reconciliation about, please let me know. The Mystery of Holy Repentance is not for judgement, but is a place for healing and forgiveness. May you experience Christ's Healing ministry, and your entire family come home to the Family of God.
Sharing the father's Love,
Fr. Bryan

just want to remind you that the Father was waiting for His son and when he saw him he ran out and gave him the biggest hug and brought out the best robe and prepared for his son the best feast and celebration. When you come back God will do the same thing for you. He will not remember the years of wrong, but will delight in the fact of your return. He Loves you just as you are!! Even when you are not aware of it. His love is there. I will be praying for you. If it were not for God's mercy and lovingkindness I could not write these words right now
