It's a shame that the memory of the innocents that lost their lives on Sept. 11 has to be pulled in to this. (Don't no how long site will stay active.)

P.S. to above...

Not sure, but I think that Sister Mary Parks referred to in the article was a former news reporter/anchor with WJAC-TV in J'Town. Anyone know?

Not sure about this group, as there have been several styling themselves as North American Old Roman Catholic something or another's around. Some of these groups calling themselves Old Roman Catholics are more legitimate than others. The fact that this priest has been received into that Church and is still allowed to call himself a Roman Catholic priest would lead me to consider it to be one of the less respectable groups. When I was with my former Church, our bishops continually asked us to stress that we WERE NOT a part of the Roman Catholic Church to prevent any scandal or confusion with anyone. Just my personal opinion, but something ain't right here! Don

To answer moncobyz...Mary Parks was indeed associated with WJAC-TV before becoming a nun. She has been the official spokesman for the Altoona-Johnstown for many years.

GLORY TO JESUS CHRIST!

Regardless of where he stands now, this man did a WONDERFUL job establishing the FLIGHT 93 MEMORIAL CHAPEL.

I had the opportunity to visit there and the FLIGHT 93 crash site on Memorial Day, just a few weeks ago.

Overwhelming is an UNDERSTATEMENT!!!

The Chapel was re-novated completely by donated supplies and labor that this man organized! There is also an all-volunteer team that staffs both the Chapel and the Crash-site. During this past winter's snow "events" there was only 1 day when no one was there at either site!

My prayers go out to this GENEROUS man for all his efforts!!

God Blessings upon him!!!
