Blessed Theodore's feastday is Nov 1st. Perhaps you are thinking of Blessed Nicholas Charnetsky and the Ukranian Martyrs whose feast is June 27? In anycase I believe Professor Thompson can help you. I believe a full set of texts exists for Vespers.

I believe Alex is making reference to the feast of the Translation of the Relics of Blessed Theodore, which is kept on June 28.
If you will send me an email (to chantermt@aol.com), Alex, giving me your snailmail address, I can send you the propers for Vespers for Blessed Theodore.
