I looked a few months ago at amazon, alibris, and a couple of the other out-of-print sites w/o success (as long as you have the title, author, ISBN isn't essential). Your post reminded me and I rechecked - nothing. Best bet, regularly check e-bay and periodically check alibris, etc. - you might want to put a "want" out there using the function on the used book sites.

I remember seeing a photo on either ACROD or a parish site, in the not distant past, showing a daughter of Father John presenting a copy of one of his other writings to (I think) Metropolitan Nicholas. If anyone knows her, it may well be that she knows of a copy or two available for purchase.
