Has anyone on this forum read the book "THE POLITICS OF PRAYER-Feminist Language and The Worship of God"? The book was originally published in 1992 by Ignatius Press.

The Contents include:

I. The Politics of Language - 6 essays.
II. Linguistics: Use of Generic "Man" - 3 essays.
III. Hermeneutics/Scripture - 3 essays.
IV. Liturgical and Scriptural Dimensions - 3 essays.
V. Iconology: Revising God - 3 essays.

If you click on the link it will bring you to Product Search: Type: Politics of Prayer then Search.

When I tried putting THE Politics of Prayer it did not go through. Just drop "the".
