Pseudo-Athanasius Member Registered: 07/16/03 Posts: 545 Loc: Tinley Park, IL	Dear Alexandr, I don't do square-note notation myself, but the guy at this link says Lilypond can do it: http://strannik.com/geekpilgrim/node/10 He's a Greek Orthodox choir director who uses Lilypond (available at http://www.lilypond.org for 0.00$).
