Friends, We start advertising our little park model here in Arizona today with hopes (God willing) it will sell sometime soon. Then we will be able to return to our home in the NW. This will be our last year here. We are getting older (I turn 70 next month and he is 73) now and need to cut expenses and stay home closer to family. The kitties are ready to travel...  Much appreciation for you who pray for this sale to come about easily and soon. And Happy Valentine's Day to all.  In Christ, Mary Jo and Ron.

Lord have mercy on Mary Jo and Ron, that they will be able to quickly sell their home in Arizona and for a good price. Lord have mercy also on them and their family for the next chapter of their lives together in the North-West. May the the Theotokos intercede for for them, and and may she keep Mary Jo and Ron within the mantle of her protection and her love. Amen.

Thanks, James, Alice, Charles, John, mrniceguy, and all who have been praying so far.
We started advertising yesterday and got several calls and three parties actually looked at our little place here. One is very interested...so we'll see if they call back today. Anyway, the response has been very good and it is always interesting the interaction you get when you show a place. (We used to build and sell properties). I felt such a peace this time...must be all of those prayers and grace...:)
From the number of views here I think that many even besides the posters have prayed. I know that sometimes I pray without posting too.
Anyway, our good Divine Savior cares for the smallest thing and God does hear.
Looking forward to what this day does bring...and will let you all know when we "see the money" for the sale and it's a done deal.

Lord you are in the business of providing. I ask that you give Porter and her hubby far beyond what they are asking for the precious home.
May your will be done Father on earth as it is in heaven. For your Son said I must go and prepare a place for you, for my Father has many mansions (my version) Anyway, Jesus right here and right now, give someone their wonderful little mansion that our beloved sister Mary Jo and husband Ron may enjoy the time with their family close to the home in their heart.

To all who prayed for the sale of our home.
It sold last week to a couple from Oregon who should be here within a day or two to make the transfer and move in for the rest of the winter. We leave shortly thereafter.
Pani Rose..we didn't get more than asked but surely enough...we also included space rent until next December; but we are more than happy with the results.
I posted a topic all about it in the prayer section which is called: "Ode to An Amazing God."
Again, thanks for your prayers dear forum friends.

Congratulations! I pray the move is going well Dear Pani Rose and others, Yes, it is over. After the necessary paper work and introducing our buyers to the park... We left SW last week and now we are home NW...the sun is out today...and I am enjoying the peace here and listening to the sound of our furnace is even a joy especially compared to Tucson where helicopters loom overhead and you can sometimes hear gun shots at night or the coyotes howling in the desert. The best part of any journey is coming home and Washington State is home. God is good to have sent angels to guard and guide us on those crowded highways. There was one close call one of the two times we got off track. Thanks, praying friends. Porter..kitties and old folks safe and sound.
