BYZANTINE CATHOLIC DAY
Sunday, August 19, 2007 at 2:00 PM
in the Luzerne County Courthouse,
200 N. River Street, Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania

Educational and Cultural Displays
Celebration of a Byzantine Prayer Service
Singing of traditional folk songs
Homemade ethnic foods and desserts

Festivities will be held inside the Courthouse rotunda at 2:00 PM; Doors open at 1.30 PM; ample parking on River Street

Hosted by the Byzantine Catholic Parishes of Luzerne County:
• Saint Mary of the Dormition, Freeland (Oldest Byzantine Catholic-Ruthenian Parish in USA)
• Saint Mary of the Dormition, Hazleton
