WHY can I not edit posts? It seems I have lost the ability to edit posts in this bard. I'd often make adjustments later for spelling to compensate for my Dyslexia.
Also, I sought o add a link too a thread I had not yet added.
So why Cannot I edit my posts?
Addendum: I seem to be able to edit this post, but still cannot edit the others.

I have also noticed that I can no longer remain logged on to the forum when I exit Internet Explorer. I have to sign back on each time I start IE. The gods of the forum have been behaving strangely of late. Is it a sign of the end times?

Charles, You may want to check your IE settings/options to ensure that you do not have "clear your private data upon closing" checked. PM me, and I will try to figure out what may the issue may be. In IC XC, Father Anthony+ Administrator PS It might be also the forum's software reaction since you are from Tennessee and they dumped all that good Jack Daniels whiskey down there.

I do not attend a Traditional Mass. In fact, I'm not Catholic.
If truth be known, I grew up in the Churches of Christ, as noted on another thread. They are a Restorationist Church. This term is little known, as is the Restoration movement, and many insist on labeling it Protestant, but the movement is distinct from Protestantism, in that it denies the foundational principles of the Reformation, namely that one is Justified before God by Faith Alone. I have never held this Principle, and thus would be considered a false believer by many within the Evangelical Protestant community.
I began to study Catholicism about 5 years ago, and have learned that the beliefs of the Restorationists are very similar, but not Identical. I have since augmented the Restorationist theology with Catholic, and then Orthodox, beliefs, as the theology of the Restorationist, though having much to be praised for its Fidelity to Scripture and not getting lost in theological points that support a pet theology as with Protestantism, still leaves many questions to be answered, and is not complete.
The Studies in Catholicism and Orthodoxy have helped to fill the gaps and broaden the theology which is itself a beautiful and accurate system but also limited.
Since the time of my studies began I have been offered only ridicule form Evangelicals, who already ridiculed me For Being in a Cult just for benign a member of the Church of Christ. Now I study the Apostolic Fathers. Never has my theology "Agreed with the Bible" to them.
This is why I post here. Few Church of Christ boards actually exist and my thinking is decidedly in lien with the Apostolic Churches.
But I have yet to covert, and still haven't been convinced of all of the claims of the Catholic Church. Many would view my beliefs as closer to Orthodoxy, but even there I have some problems, just not quiet so many.
I will not elaborate eon what I disagree on for fear of simply causing an argument, but nevertheless, currently I would still be in the Church of Christ.

I checked IE and it's OK. BTW, I think they are selling the whiskey if its safety is verifiable. When they can't prove it's safe for comsumption, they are dumping it.

Lets just say many will sing "Let us GAther by the River" her ein good old Tennessee. If you like Protestant hymns, there is one titled, "O Happy Day" that has the same melody as "How Dry I Am." It's in the Baptist Hymnal.
