"when we seek and find truth is it the understanding of that truth
that gives us a sense of freedom,
and also act & live upon this understanding can also give a sense of freedom?

Is it better to admit to a truth, or not admit to a truth
in which the outcome could possibly have a cause & effect of many in their thinking.
which is right?

What I am referring to here is some of the teachings based upon disciplines, or dogmas from the church.

Does the church ever understand a truth, but yet never discloses it to the faithful for fear of having to change, or admitting they were wrong about something?

in other words "we admit that we are wrong on a particular issue, and through the centuries we have swayed the public's opinion to our opinion and now we are going to do this about it"

addressing issues that are unresolved in RCC church
such as:

married clergy, and allowing a certain thinking to prevail in man's mind about
celibacy, virginity, poverty etc.

does politics rule majority of church?

The Church is never wrong about her dogmas she is both indefectable and infallible on matters of faith and morals.
Now on certain discipline, and I stres discipline they can change and come and go with the times.
Discipline is not in the same category as Truth.Neither are theoligical opinions that are in fact just that a plausible opinion.

Thank You Stephanos I,

I am still going to have to think about it some more,
because I do not know if what's in my head is being accurately written
in my choice of words to convey what I am trying to say & mean.

God Bless,

Deanna
