How many Ruthenian and Ukrainian parishes keep their empty Paschal Graves (of what ever construction) up after Pascha Sunday? All the churches I have been in have taken them down after Paschal Matins. Most churches used to leave the graves w/Icon of the Resurrection up for at least the entire Bright Week, then only the Icon of the Resurrection after Bright Week.
Why the change?

Holy Trinity in New Britain, CT leaves theirs up until the leave taking, though it looks pretty sad, once all the flowers are gone.

Fr. Dn.,

Does your parish sing the Paschal Tropar throughout the liturgy for the entire length of the Pascha or only during Bright Week?

Ung,

We sing it till Leavetaking. Come visit St. Michael's sometime. Canonsburg is only 20 minutes from Pittsburgh.

Fr. Deacon Lance, does your parish use the RDL and new music? If so you won't see me there.

Father Deacon,

Are the royal and deacon doors left open during Bright Week?

Dear Fr. Deacon Lance;

No iconostas? Sorry to hear it. Any plans to get one?

Our grave is still up, with the icon of the Resurrection, and the doors were open during the entire Bright Week. We're still singing the Paschal Tropar too.

Just got back from St. Mary's, Bristol and theirs is still up. BTW, I noticed that half of the people stood throughout the parts where they usually kneeel. Is this something peculiar to Easter-tide?

As well, there was much bell ringing...
