Father Jim Deshotels, a Jesuit and one of two priests who serve St Nicholas of Myra Byzantine Chapel in New Orleans, informs me that the community has finally been able to resume worshipping in its own temple, after the long displacement brought about in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina.

And the deacon who served us in Texas will be moving to the New Orleans areas this month. He might be helping out down there soon.
