There are lots of Ukrainian Greek-Catholic parishes in Canada that use the Julian Calendar, and some in the USA (Saints Volodymyr and Ol'ha, Chicago, is particularly well known, large, and popular - do go and see the Church).

David,
Other than the UGCC, most Eastern and Oriental Catholic Churches in North, Central, & South America and in Oceania observe the Gregorian Calendar.
I'll leave the question of Europe to Father Serge and Anhelyna, but I thought that there are a couple of instances there in which the UGCC used the Gregorian as well. I won't claim to have any certain knowledge as to the other Slav Byzantines.
In the Middle East, there is some usage of the Julian among the Melkites. Armenian Catholics in the Near and Middle East observe their calendar, which differs slightly from the Julian, but do not do so in the diaspora.
The Churches of the Indian Subcontinent (Malabarese and Malankara) both observe the Gregorian, as do the Chaldeans, Maronites, and the Syriacs.
The Copts, Ethiopians, and Eritreans, as best I recollect, adhere to the Gregorian.
Many years,
Neil

The Ukrainian Greek-Catholic Church in Australia, New Zealand, and Oceania (including Singapore) retains the Julian Calendar.
