You can find the sheet music (musical score), audio files, and how-to-sing movies for the Paraclesis in English here: http://www.melkites.org/en/music%20Paraclesis%2001.htm .
Text and music are those published for the Melkite Family Conference (US Midwest), 1993.
The music is a transcription of the traditional Byzantine chants set to the English text.
Just in time: the fast (and chanting of the Paraclesis) is not much further than a week away!
(PS My fingers are very sore!)
