Almighty God, Father of mercies and God of all comfort, come to the help of Thy handmaiden Penthaetria, and deliver her from the difficulties before her. She believes, Lord, that all trials of life are under Thy care and that all things work for the good of those who love Thee. Take away from her fear, anxiety and distress. Help her to face and endure her difficulties with faith, courage and wisdom. Grant that this trial may bring her closer to Thee, for Thou are our rock and refuge, our comfort and hope, our delight and joy. We trust in Thy love and compassion.
