The Lord knows who I am speaking of, since it is a court case now, let's just call him T.
We need the power of Prayer and the power of our family to come together. T needs our prayers. T's family has decided they cannot/won't care for him any longer and is trying to put him in a state nursing home - he has been living in an assisted care apartment.
Actually his family has the money, they have supposedly used up all of T's money. They want to declare him incompetent. He does not want to go into a nursing home and, most of all, he is not incompetent!
He was injured in an auto accident many years ago, though you have to listen carefully, T is very quickwitted, loves to joke, and is very aware of everything that is going on around him. He has such an awesome faith, you see him attempting to sing the DL everytime he is in Church. He is such a blessing to our Church and is loved dearly by everyone.
He has been moved into his caregivers home, and have hired an attorney to fight his family. There will be a court hearing tomorrow at 2:30. We must listen to the Holy Spirit's call and care for those who cannot do it alone. Please keep T's caregiver, his wife, and family as they take on this trial, along with T in your prayers.

Thank you! some continued update... 'T' passed the first competency test, advanced, and, he will this one also. There was about 14 of us present. The judge thought we were with the family and her facial expression was priceless when we told her we were his friends. T's atty said having the support of friends was a huge step in his favor. It's now in God's hands.

Prayers for T's success in his battle for independence and prayers for his loyal and loving friends who have stood by his side in support.
