did a little double take on the Latin Cardinal wearing a Ukrainian-Catholic (some might even call it "uniate") omophor.
I wonder what that was all about?
Do hierarchs of any Orthodox Church wear that white omophor, so common in the UGCC?

Many years ago (early-mid 1970's) Radio Vaticana broadcast Msgr. Marusyn's celebration of the Divine Liturgy to people living under oppressive Communist regimes in Easterm Europe. A voice that once brought hope to millions is now still. May Msgr. Marusyn now gaze face-to-face forever upon the living God.
