A very interesting recent podcast with Archpriest Eric Tosi, Secretary of the OCA: Interview with Archpriest Eric Tosi (Secretary of OCA) I had problems downloading the podcast, but got it to work by clicking on the link at the above site. Until he went to serve as Secretary for the OCA, he was pastor of St Paul the Apostle Orthodox Church in Las Vegas, Nevada.
