I'm using my daughters spare laptop running Vista, how do I enlarge the buttons file edit view etc...? Deb's vision is bad and I'm getting...to need some slightly larger assistance myself, page viewing has no problems, it's the header stuff...

The Forum software does not support resizing. The only way you can accomplish it is to adjust your display ("screen resolution") to a smaller number. A smaller size (like "800 x 600") will usually give you larger images on your display. I don't have Vista at home but in XP you can right click on the screen to get into the display settings (or go into the Control Panel).
