I understand that registration for this retreat is coming along nicely but there is always room for a few more. It is a wonderful weekend and there is plenty of free time to spend watching Niagara Falls. There is organized transportation from the Pittsburgh area.

Dear Administrator,

What about those who would like to come down, but who can only manage Saturday evening.

What is the schedule and does one have to make reservations for that?

The retreat center is very nice, the rooms are great, and the food is awesome!

I have heard Bishop Nicholas speak before, he gave a couple of Lenten talks at the Melkite parish I attend.

I have printed out copies of the information from the Mount Carmel Spiritual Centre website and placed them in the church.

Unfortunatly, I will be in Philly for work, a Disaster Recovery Drill.

Any advice on what I should do with my free time while there? Besides the Liberty Bell and Rocky statue that is.

Dear David,

Well, I think anything connected with the American Revolution was a disaster . . . smile

Sorry you won't be there, Big Guy!

I have the brochure on this retreat and the theme is Living Icons, i.e., WE SHOULD BE LIVING ICONS OF JESUS CHRIST!!!! I love the theme -- it has already given me much food for thought and pondering. I would like to be a Living Icon, but I know I am NOT there yet, but what a WONDERFUL GOAL.
:p

Dear MB,

When it comes to that goal, we must never say, "I can't," but only "I-con." wink

Have you had enough out of me for one day?
