The Australian & NZ UGCC Eparchy insists on Liturgy on weekedays in Lent other than Wed & Fri, is that also in the Ruthenian revised books for the USA?

It's permitted.
Aramis, it is not permitted according to the guidelines our parish received from the Bishop, although our priest requested (and received) permission to celebrate the Divine Liturgy on one day during the week.
6. WEEKDAY DIVINE LITURGY
a. Divine Liturgy is not to be celebrated on the weekdays of the
Great Fast, except on Thursday, March 25th, the Solemn Feast of
the Annunciation, which is to be celebrated with a Divine Liturgy
of Saint John Chrysostom on the evening of the feast and with
bright vestments as prescribed in the Typikon.
b. Pastors are encouraged to offer other services during the
weekdays of the Great Fast in keeping with our traditions as a
Byzantine Catholic Church, namely Great Fast Matins, the Divine
Praises, Vespers or Compline.
c. At these other weekday services enumerated in 6b, Holy
Communion may be distributed. The same applies to funerals
during the Great Fast. [This abrogates number 548 of the Pastoral
Handbook.]
