It is included in Harvard Ukrainian Studies' Journal of 1984. Unfortunately, you have to download the whole issue in PDF form to read the article. Downloading by browser might take one minute. Here is the link for the issue that contains the essay: http://140.247.132.248/huri/pdf/hus_volumes/vVIII_n1_2june1984.pdf The issue takes up 24,000 k.b. on your hardrive, small if you have room.

Does anyone have a copy for sale? Vielen Dank!
