It comes in hard copy, usually two or three weeks late. I was shocked recently when my copy arrived in time for me to use the entire two week typicon printed on the back page.
There are the usual parish news items (often months after the fact), some stuff on eparchial affairs, a couple of regular columnists. Theologically, it's pretty barren, and its tone in dealing with the eparchial bishop is pure Uriah Heep. The best part is a compilation of news items dealing with Catholic-Orthodox dialogue, generally on the inside of the back page.
