This coming Sunday, August 8th, marks the 6th anniversary of the repose of Father Deacon Nicholas Rosov who served Holy Transfiguration Melkite parish in McLean, VA, and was the husband of Diaconessa Alicia (our beloved sister and friend, Penthaetria).

As we've asked each year since, please remember Father Deacon Nicholas at Liturgy this Sunday, as well as our sister, and their sons, Stephen and Nathaniel.

May the memory of the Lord's servant, the Deacon Nicholas, be eternal and may his family be comforted all their days in the recollection of his memory and the anticipation of reuniting with him in Heaven.

May the memory of Father Deacon Nicholas be eternal in the Kingdom of God. Amen.

My love, respect, and prayers for the well being and many blessings on our beloved Alicia and her sons. May our Holy Mother of God keep them under her protection in a very special way, always.

--In Christ,
Alice

Thank you, my dear friends for your faithful prayers. It's hard to believe six years have passed.

May the soul of my beloved Nicholas rest in a place where there is no pain, no grief, no sighing, but everlasting light. And may his memory be eternal.
