My wife's due date is today for giving birth. Nothing has happened as of yet. Could I please have your prayers that all goes well?

Thank you,

Wheelbarrow

Prayers for your wife, that the Theotokos protect her and your child, that delivery be uneventful, and that all of you be granted many years in health, love, happiness, and service of God

Prayers for your wife, that all goes will with the labor and delivery, and that she may be blessed with calm, serenity and patience as her time approaches. I say this as the mother of five children, four of whom were born "late". Each passing day can bring more anxiety and discomfort.

Babies, especially first ones (if this is your first) are seldom on time; but be assured she will give birth eventually.

prayers for you, her, and the baby.

Thank you all for you much needed prayers. We took her to hospital last night. But although she is having contractions, the nurse diagnosed it as an early labour as the waters have not yet broken. This could ( she instructed ) last up to a week, but if nothing happens by next thursday that they will have to induce her. But they also instructed that, since the labor and contractions can tire out the womb that she can within the next few days or so call in earlier if she so wishes to do so.

God bless
Stephen

Urgent prayer needed. They said today that the baby is a bit sleepy and they are worried about his heartbeat. She is getting induced for this reason this afternoon. There is a high risk also that she will need a section due to that inducement.

To be honest though, they were going to send her home again today for the second time, which would of been a crime in my view. But decided against that due to their monitering and unhappiness with the baby in the wombs condition. The reason he is like that is because he is stressed out from them having not induced her on her due date and making her wait.

Please keep prayers ascending. We surely need them

Pax

You and your wife continue to be in my prayers. I hope that the next news we hear from you is that your baby has been born, safe and sound. Be sure to let your wife know that people are praying for her. Take good care of them!
