He will be very aware of your presence - talk with him , pray with him , keep his hands in yours .

He is resting. The doctors say he will fall into a sleep as the toxins build in his body. So I relish everyone he speaks to me.

I guess I was talking to much yesterday tothe case worker, all of a sudden I hear 'stifle Edith!'. We cracked up.

Most Holy Theotokos, wrap your mantle of tenderness around Pani Rose, as she keeps vigil over her beloved Stan. May the last hours she and Deacon Stan spend together on this earth be a time of grace and prayer and unutterable love. Be with them both, to ease Deacon Stan's fears and wipe away Pani Rose's tears. Intercede on their behalf that our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ may strengthen them and heal them and shelter them through the storm.

I just received news from Pani Rose that our beloved brother Fr Deacon Stan fell asleep in the Lord on Saturday.
The latest news that I can share is a message from Pani Rose that I received today....

I have lost my phone numbers. Fr. Deacon Stan fell asleep peacefully in the Lord Saturday night. Arrangements are for Wed. And Thursday depending on the cemetery. He is being buried at a national veterans cemetery at Montevallo. Love in Christ! Pani Rose


I looked it up and the vet's cemetery Rose spoke of is south of Birmingham.
