It has a majestic iconostasis and was the residence of Bishop Soter Stephen Ortynsky when he first arrived in the US in 1907. www.byzantinecatholic.us/bulletins/pdf/2011/110611.pdf

Etnick Member Registered: 11/12/02 Posts: 1175 Loc: West of Johnstown	Sad to see yet another parish close. I visited this church 6 years ago while staying in Johnstown. It was a Saturday and the parishioners were cleaning in preparation of the 100th anniversary. The Iconostas is one of the finest I've ever seen. Glad to hear that it's going to another parish.
