A friend of mine was Greek Catholic, was then chrismated Orthodox and practiced as Orthodox, and now wants to return to the Catholic fold. Is there anything she must especially do in order to return?

I would suggest first speaking with her Spiritual Father (I am assuming he is Orthodox) and express what she is feeling. Then I would speak to a Greek Catholic priest and seek his advice.

If she then decides it is God's will for her to return to the Greek Catholic Church I believe all she would have to do is go to confession. (but I am not 100% sure)
