I just picked one up a few weeks ago for $1.75; however, they don't seem to have them listed on their website. Give them a call at 412-322-8307. I'm sure they will be happy to send you one.

Paul, yes, the churches this time give them out, if you cannot get one contact the Diocese or a local church, we have many of them at my church which are given out free (East Coast).
