To my knowledge, the icon most resembles the Romanian tradition. However, many Romanian parishes and iconographers have decided to prefer the Greek tradition, such as my local one. These icons seem somewhat similar in style: http://www.traditional-from-romania.ro/index.php?cPath=1_42
