This video from the Greek Catholic Cathedral in Muchachevo, Transcarpathian Ukraine gives a good example of the typical chant of a reader chanting the Apostol in the prostopenije style. I was taught this as a boy, first in Slavonic and later in English. You will find this to be the case in both the Greek Catholic Rusyn churches and the Orthodox. The epistle starts at 26 minutes into the video and the reader does an excellent job of enunciation, pacing and loudness.
