The recent published centennial history of Holy Trinity Ukrainian GC Church of Youngstown makes an excellent point that the all of the Slavic (and Romanian) Eastern Christian churches of Youngstown all have common roots in St. Mary's Rusyn GC (formerly) on Florence and Salt Spring Rd. I have a 50th anniversary book of Nativity of Christ Russian Orthodox Church (Patriarchal) . It was founded in 1915 and its pioneering parishioners seem to have Galician names. Can anyone tell us of its origins? The historian at Holy Trinity was unaware of any connection with Holy Trinity which was established in 1911. From the Patriarchal parishes website
