Today was the National March For Life in Ottawa and across Canada. There were reportedly nearly 20,000 marching in Ottawa. A large number of young people were involved, as is the case in the US and other countries with similar annual pro-life gatherings.

According to the Vatican Radio story Canada has no laws at all regulating abortion. Also reported on the disproportionate number of female babies aborted in Canada as elsewhere, a very real war on women, which they say has gotten some media coverage there.

It will be interesting to see if there is any coverage of this in the US. Here in the SF Bay area there is basically a news black out for our Walk for Life (over 60,000) and the DC March for Life (approx 500,000) in January.
