Sinful indeed some of these things may be (some of them sound like virtues) but they might also, in the situations of certain people, be behaviours or ways of thinking originating from some mental illness or another; or caused by bad example in childhood.
Mental illness and/or bad example can diminish or erase moral guilt altogether.
God Himself might be guilty of one of them: being lavish with and rich in mercy and compassion. Knowing we are but dust, He cuts us a lot of slack. And we ought to do the same with those who offend or damage us. Not easy...

Lots to think on, great list. Yes, even someone who is OCD could have trouble because of conditions. Gon'na post on FB see if it gets any response
