The Cardinals are having a prayer service now in St. Peter's. They are praying the Rosary in Latin. I think they should be praying an Akathist to the Holy Spirit.

Unfortunately, it appears the evening prayer services are being used by the old guard Curia cardinals as a means to prevent the informal evening talks they don't want the other cardinals having. Unfortunately for the old guard they are not mandatory.
