Is anyone aware of an online source where I could find the Canons for St Peter and St Paul in English? I have found them in Greek but would like English if possible.

Try the OCA or Antiochian web sites.

There in the June volume of the Menaion published by sophia Press, available through the Melkite Eparchy of Newton. You might also find them on-line (Anastasis) in Archimandrite Ephrem (Lash)'s genial translation.
