Brothers and sisters:

In your kindness and generosity, please offer a prayer for my wife, Loretta. She had to have surgery to remove a cancer on her lower back recently. The lesion was very deep and the incision is very slow to heal. It's in a spot where there is no stretch in the skin and it severely restricts her movements.

Thanking God for each of you and thank you.

Bob

Prayers for your wife's speedy recovery, Bob!

Lord Jesus Christ, Son of God, by the prayers of Your Most Pure Mother, the Holy and All-Praised Apostles and of St Peregrine the patron against cancer, have mercy and save Your handmaiden who looks to You, Lord, the Wounded Healer in her time of trial. Amen

Oh dear...it sounds extremely uncomfortable.

My prayers to the Lord that He will bring swift healing to Loretta's wound. Kyrie Eleison! Amen.

O Lord Jesus Christ our God, You patiently endured the scourging and wounding of your sacred body, that You may save the souls and bodies of your people. Look now graciously on the suffering body of your servant Loretta, and give her the strength to patiently bear whatever awaits her. Bless the people and all the means which will be used to restore her to health; and grant that she may accept her bodily sufferings as a means of reparation for the salvation of her soul. For You, O Christ our God and Savior, are merciful; and we give glory to You, together with Your eternal Father, and Your all-holy and life-giving Spirit, now and ever, and forever. Amen.

Glory be to Jesus Christ!!

Loretta's incision has healed beautifully and the lab report says that the surgeon was able to remove all the cancer. The problem is that it was under a mole and much deeper than usual.

Thank God for your generosity in prayer and thank you.

Thanks be to God!

Please let your wife know that we all think the world of her husband.

If need be, we are ready to sign an affidavit to give her!
