This is going to vary depending on which usage of the Byzantine Rite you follow. But here are some starting places.
So the somewhat standard (English language) Russian books are:
D. Sokolof, A Manual of Divine Services
Gregory W. Woolfenden, A Practical Handbook for Divine Services
And more on the Typicon than serving: Job Getcha, The Typikon Decoded
But this is hardly going to get you what you want, they assume too much knowledge/experience already.
There are more concrete Ukrainian serving instructions here:http://saintelias.com/ca/servers/index.php
The Antiochian Orthodox Church has published their translation of the 1951 Arabic translation of the Greek Typicon online: http://almoutran.com/pdf/typikon.pdf
I seem to recall that there's an English translation of the current Greek Orthodox typicon in print as a book, but I can't find a link.
