My cousin Ashley and her teenage son Curt were struck by an 18-wheeler earlier this evening. Curt was transported to the children's hospital, but has died. Ashley is expected to recover, but as of this moment has not been told about her son. They are not Catholic, but they are Christians.

Sending prayers for the newly departed Curt and for his injured mother Ashley. May God give her strength in her difficult time

Lord have mercy on this family, please. Lord grant strength to Ashley in her great suffering. Amen.

In Christ,
Alice
