Friends, the Orientale Lumen Conferences are in the news today! See the interview I did recently with the Aleteia website below:

https://aleteia.org/2018/01/24/chri...ps-in-this-catholic-orthodox-initiative/

The photo is of me giving Patriarch Gregorios of the Melkite Church the icon of the Resurrection for his attendance at the Orientale Lumen X Conference in Washington, DC in 2006.

Come join us on June 18-21 in Washington for OL XXII on "Sister Churches: Fact or Fiction?"

Jack

Congratulations, Jack!

You have done a lot of work "for the holy churches of God and the union of them all". Numerous people (clergy and lay) from all the involved churches have become friends as a result of the conferences and this is to the good.

Thank you for your hard work, and may the Lord God grant you many years in peace, health and salvation.

John
